Health & BeautyIt’s never too soon to get into good habits. You are what you eat, so start eating properly, make sure you get your five portions a day of fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water.Pamper yourself Set aside one night a week to pamper yourself. Thoroughly cleanse, tone and moisturise your face, remembering to use an exfoliator to clear away the dead skin cells.Soak in a relaxing bath and use a body brush or scrub to clear dead skin cells. Wash your hair in a good shampoo and, if it’s been chemically treated or tends to be dry anyway, give it a conditioning treatment which you leave on for 15 minutes or so before washing it out.
